Certifications:

2003 Certified by the State of California Department of Real Estate to teach Introduction to California Common Interest Development Law.  This course is required in order for managers of Common Interest Developments to refer to themselves as "Certified" under the new Manager Certification Bill ‑ California Business & Professions Code Section 11502.  Ms. Deutsch is one of 8 attorneys qualified by the State of California to teach this course.
